How do I exchange my order?

You have the right to exchange one or several products within 30 days after receiving your order. If you wish to exchange your order, please send it back to us and we will handle your return as soon as possible.

Before you return your order for an exchange, please make sure that below is equal to the product you return:

  • The product is in the same condition as when it was received.
  • The product is in their original containers with labels intact and protective sticker
  • Products are purchased directly from our website
  • The product is not customized with a personalized monogram
  • We do not accept gift card returns

Returns from US and UK
If you placed your order from the United States or the United Kingdom and wish to return your order, please contact us here, for further instructions.

For all other countries
To return or exchange products in your order, return the package to us according to the instructions below.

1. Register your return on our website via our return portal: Returns
2. When registering your return, you will receive information on where to send your return
3. Print the address label or manually enter the specified address on your package
4. Include a note in the parcel, stating the product you wish to exchange to 
5. Postage your parcel and submit it to the postal agent. Make sure to save the return receipt until we return to you! Please note that you as a customer are responsible for the return cost. We do not currently offer free returns.

What happens next?
We will send you an e-mail as soon as we start handling your return. In the e-mail, you will be asked if you want to exchange the product or request a refund. Please note that we need you to reply to the e-mail within 10 working days in order to handle your return. If you have not heard from us within 3 weeks of your return, please contact us here
